@Practo, booked a blood test through l app (somehow!)! Technician come ill prepared (took over 1.5 hours to collect blood sample) & app still says Samples are on the way 2 days later!! Customer support on app is pathetic & doesn’t work!!! Please resolve immediately!!!
@BluSmartIndia: it’s extremely disappointing that neither App based support, nor @BluSmartHelps team believes in responding to customer requests to locate items left behind in cab! This was the last thing expected from a company, which supposedly put customer service at its core!
@zomatocare had d worst ever delivery experience yest. Food took forever to reach (over 1hr), impossible to connect with delivery executive & support didn’t help. The food was cold and the not enjoyable!! Extremely disappointed as a #ZomatoGold customer…

@Uber_India: u need to review partner onboarding & SLA adherence policies. They hv started cancelling rides last min (asking 4 cash trips) long customers stranded. I had a similar experience this morning, whr I had to cancel Uber trip 2 Airport & Partner took total amt directly!
