@livia_scott_ You can wear the ‘stomach’ ones on your back, and most of them do warming and tens. Boots also do a belt tens designed for back pain, but that doesn’t warm, so I guess it depends on the features you want. I find the combination of heat and tens better for my own chronic pain.

1/2 (Medical). Tweeting into the ether in case anyone can offer any insight. I’ve been on oral methotrexate long term, but recently my specialists switched me to injections to aid absorption. They since asked my GP to take over prescribing through shared care, but GP refused…
