Today there will be a conciliation meeting between UFBU and IBA at CLC delhi dwarka office .but in backdrop of yesterday DFS secretary meeting with Chief of public sector banks and other financial institutions chief and series of hostle communications that emanated from DFS and various PSB today 's talk is only a formality and strike is on now .no ufbu leader who will participate in today's meeting can afford to withdraw strike call only because now only army is left to be deployed to make our strike fail by this arrogant government.
So now over to you all comrades to make this strike a resounding success by 100 pc peaceful and self driven participation in this coming 3 days strike .

The hypocrisy of the banking system knows no bounds!

Today, social media handles of banks across the country are flooded with so-called emotional appeals, urging employees not to go on strike.

But where were these emotional appeals when bankers were working late hours, facing relentless target pressure, working on holidays, and enduring abusive late-night review meetings❓

Where was the concern for those who lost their lives while returning home after exhausting hours of work❓

Had even a fraction of this emotional concern been shown for the pain and suffering of bank employees, it would have meant so much.

Apparently, the script from above was so emotional that MDs and CEOs suddenly rediscovered their patriotism and became deeply concerned about the inconvenience faced by the public.

But the pain of their own employees❓Neither seen nor heard.

When it comes to public inconvenience, emotions are awakened overnight. When it comes to employees’ suffering, there is only silence.

Hypocrisy has its limits.

In today's meeting reportedly DFS has directed CEO of public sector banks to use carrot and stick both to deter employees from participating in 3 days strike for 5 days banking starting from 28 sep .
While one side there is emotional appeal that if we go on strike out customers will shift to private banks and on other hand controlling offices have been directed to file FIR against those who stops other employees from joining duty and FIR will be filed against those controlling offices heads who do not file FIR against such employees.
Also FIR will be filed against those who leave stations .
IBA has been directed to come out with a circular on who and who can not go on strike .
Government sare employees ko jail me hi daal degi to phir kaam kaun karega 30 sep ke baad .
Hame en sab baato per dhyan dena nahi bas tike rahna hai 5 days banking abhi nahi to kabhi nahi .
Unhe apna kaam karne dijiye ham apna kaam karenge .

PLI discrimination was being reported by many leaders and unions just a few days ago.

Now suddenly the same people are busy posting “Congratulations” messages after the new model announcement.

So let’s speak the truth clearly.

Welcome to the next level of discrimination in banking.

Scale V and above may get PLI equal to 365 days,
while many Scale I-III officers may get barely 15 days.

And who are the real warriors of banking?

The branch bankers.
The people handling customers, pressure, audits, targets, cash, recovery, cross selling, complaints and endless workload every single day.

But what will branch warriors receive?
Peanuts.

Meanwhile many sitting comfortably inside AC offices will receive cashews.

This is not motivation.
This is not performance recognition.
This is the ugliest discrimination between bankers themselves.

The backbone of banking is being ignored again.
