@DiedSuddenly_ Focal to bilateral tonic clonic seizures. The "spin" is an aura, which can cause the head to turn to one side. As the head doesn't go all the way, once it reaches a point, the body goes too. Very common occurrences, since pre-covid. Ask your family doctor.

@TrevorBeatty13 @therlybadglfer @DiedSuddenly_ I really can't speak to anyone else's experience, but I can say that any seizure can be the last one, even if you've had it your whole life. You can hit your head, hurt yourself when you fall, stop breathing, fall face down and suffocate, etc. There are many risks.

They start on one side of the brain before taking over the entire brain. The first sign that he's having one is his head turns forcefully to one side. Hope this helps! :)
