Every solo founder hits the same wall. The product is fine. The company around it isn't: invoices, bookkeeping, contracts, follow-ups.
You hire for it, or it eats your nights.
We think one person should be able to run an entire company. That's what we're building at Braind.
@samdiaztech Love this. Curious which job you trusted the agents with first, and which one you still won't hand off? For most solo founders we talk to, anything that goes out in their name is the last thing they let go.
@mayankgulati99 From ~40 owner conversations this month (US): chasing payments and follow-ups come up most, then bookkeeping catch-up. Inbox is a close third, mostly because it's where the other two live.
@Farukmukhtar01 Same in every service business I talk to. The craft is the smaller half. Biggest quick win I've seen: send the invoice the day a stage is approved, not at month end. Which part of the other 70% takes the most hours for you?
Owners: I'm doing 10 free 20-min calls this month. We look at last week's admin that wasn't your real work (invoices, books, follow-ups). You leave with a short list of what to hand off first and what it costs you in https://t.co/2FRGU2nFRF pitch. Reply "audit" and I'll DM you.

Most small business owners I talk to have the same problem: the company around the work. Invoices, bookkeeping, contracts, follow-ups.

If you run a company alone, what would you hand off first?
Week 1 of outreach for Braind, 150+ messages to small business owners:
• Cold pitches: almost no replies
• One question about one specific overdue invoice: best by far
• Owners who'd seen a free tip from us first: most of the replies
Lesson so far: give before you ask.
@rickyhorwitz Agree. Our best calls were the ones where we asked about one specific late invoice and mostly listened. Owners can tell when you care about their problem more than your product.
