I run ArcMuse as a one person creative studio, and to be honest it doesn't feel like one. I do the design, editing and motion myself, and a team of AI agents handles everything around it, the inquiries, the admin, organizing files, revision notes, even outreach. Last week I finished a full week of content in about 4 hours. After 16 years of editing, that still surprises me. I'm sharing how I build this in public on here. If you're a creator or solo founder, what's the one thing you'd hand off to an agent first?
@rmahar001 The inquiries and admin were the easy ones to hand off. What I won't hand off is the creative, the look and the final cut. Happy to give Braind a run when early access opens.

@CJS_52 Same here Craig. The part that still needs me most is the taste, picking the shot, the timing, the final cut. What did you hand off to your bots first?
@cagrisarigoz Nice, the research part is usually what eats the most time on a newsletter. Glad to connect Cagri! Is HeyNews more for solo writers or bigger teams?
Looking to connect with more people on here π If you're into:

- tech
- AI agents
- AI design
- design and UX/UI

- video editing
- AI video and image tools
- automation and workflows
- creative technology
- startups and founders
- building products
let's connect! I'm Sam, a creative technologist in Miami, and I run ArcMuse AI with my team.
What are you working on right now?
Am I the only one who gets sleepy watching tutorials? I'm a learn by doing person for sure. To be honest I've even made tutorials myself on YouTube, and I still learn way more from breaking something on a real project than from watching someone else do it.
That's pretty much how I'm learning AI agents right now too, just building with them every day and fixing what breaks.
Are you a learn by doing person or do you need the tutorial first?
Who else is building cool stuff on here? π I run ArcMuse, my own AI creative studio in Miami, and work with AI agents every day. I want to connect if you're into:
- AI motion and animation
- motion and creative agencies
- AI video and image tools
- video editing and VFX

Yesterday I posted that I wanted to connect with more AI builders, designers and motion people, and to be honest I did not expect almost 50 replies. What surprised me most is how many of you are building actual tools, launch film makers, UI reference libraries for agents, research tools, agent interfaces. I told a bunch of you I'd give your stuff a run, so this week is basically testing week for me.
If you had to pick one tool I should test first, what would it be?
