@TianQiu9390 concrete product. two creator workloads kept repeating: course landing + checkout + student emails glued together, and an audience site where archive, search and paywall break. shipping the glue.
@betweenprompts biggest one so far: the feature that felt like the most work to ship is usually the one users actually remember. easy to prove, easy to get wrong. you can scope a smaller slice and still get the same signal if the slice is where the friction lives.
@iamgazimasud fair. the founder version of it is that you end up owning the thing other people delegate. pick the channel you can run when the product work pulls you away, and build the habit before you need it.
@bowtiedtechguy@math_nava kids getting hooked on learning is the signal most edtech founders wait months for. still shipping the tutor yourself is a real founder move. what feedback shifted your direction this week?
@dariusznagy the gift angle is the differentiator here. personalized tray on a packing puzzle is the kind of physical touchpoint that actually gets passed around instead of sitting in a drawer. what does the share path look like right now, one puzzle or a small set?
@CPP0000 one thing most calorie apps get wrong: manual entry for mixed meals. a quick-add with common combos like rice-dal-chicken or dosa-sambar plus an estimate toggle would save a ton of taps. for the coach tab, would you lean toward ai-nudges or a user-set rule engine?
@rashadgainz@contentrewards clean demo. when you scale to hundreds of submissions a day, how are you handling dedupe and payout fraud - are you doing that in product now or leaning on manual review for the first few months?
@samdiaztech happy to set one up for arcmuse. what's the intake flow you want it to run - booking / a scoped brief / or just triage and version notes - and which time zone is your team working in?
@iamgazimasud true. once the pipeline is the bottleneck, the next lever is whoever owns distribution. what's the one channel you'd trust yourself to run in the next six weeks?
@MaxParnian the math checks out. most saas founders under-budget the second-week retention work. on the ai ring, what's the one signal you're instrumenting first to catch early churn?
@Kedeodev honestly it's mostly a time-management grind. we see a lot of builders with a real product but a signup flow that feels bolted on, so people drop. what hour do you actually get the focused work in, and has your 9-5 started feeding the saas any users yet
@rashem48 34 on the waitlist in 18 days is a solid signal for a mac utility. what's the first thing waitlist signups actually do once they get in, and where does the dropoff happen between click and activation?
@GlennThomas_ glad the tweaks landed. when drop offs cluster on a couple of screens it's usually the onboarding copy doing the heavy lifting. did the summaries point to a specific question or step people kept skipping, or was it mostly slow load and tap targets on the flagged screens?
@samdiaztech right now it's a small studio inbox for design, edits and motion so a solo operator doesn't juggle three tools. agents handle intake, version notes and handoff. the human picks the cut. what does your agent setup actually save you in a typical week?
@markowifk a November 15 deadline while full-time is the right move. for a parents-stories app the GTM hinges on making the first recording session feel worth it and showing that before the store review. the five-grok plus purple-bro setup keeps a solo pipeline moving
@bhardwajshash fair take. the demo probably pulled people in and the trackpad mapping gave them something concrete to remember. shipping a macos utility that fast is the tricky bit though, congrats on the launch.
@GlennThomas_ makes sense to lock in those early fixes before anything else. if the flagged confusion lines up screen by screen, a one-week sprint of small tweaks usually drops the exit rate faster than a redesign.
