@jasonfried I want to come back and try it out but it would only be me using it. Yesterday I started working on something that I thought could use the shape up process + Basecamp. But it seems kind of overkill if I can’t get my team onboard.
I just remembered this thread from 4 years ago as I was being recruited to play basketball. These were at the same gyms I got the cold shoulder at years ago.

I played 5v5 🏀 yesterday for the first time in 3-4 years and I didn’t enjoy it as much as I anticipated.
The company was sour and my body refused to do what my mind thought it could.
It got me thinking about how I approach problems.

But I just didn’t like the way something was and decided to do something different. None of this was planned and I never imagined it would turn out this way.
@tomaslaucom I’ve done that jump but 10 years earlier. Were the kids still climbing to the top of the tree and make it seem like it was nothing to jump from even higher?

We’re seeing this on the AI visibility side. Everyone is pushing slop to socials, to emails, to content, and even apps themselves. Everything looks and sounds the same.
Where are you at with video podcasts? I feel like that’s the one place I can escape the slop.
I've been segmenting our signups based on enrichment data and their onboarding submissions for months now.
Just realized I should have been going with their keyword count.
Sometimes the obvious answer is sitting right in front of you.
