Right now 99.02% of the USDT0 in the market is out on loan against real estate collateral, and suppliers earn 14.72% APY on it.

Nobody subsidizes that rate. Borrowers pay it because they wanted the liquidity.

Every property backing RNT Lend is listed by name, with its reserve size, its oracle price and its supply cap. Not a category. The building.
