@Charlesethgreat @thetimes Yes I did, I lost weight then joined a gym. Also big star i started golf. Walking 6-7 miles a few times a week really helps.

@thetimes I have a different opinion based on actual experience. Muscle loss isn't a thing if you eat.
A very small number have literally lost sight,hair,etc because they starved them self's close to death. That's not munjaro its people making bad decisions. I pay £300 a month....
