@nobleisawinner 15% is still fair. Who decides 20% of a more expensive bill is mandatory. Its called merit. If you suck you might get a piece of paper that says tips. Do better if you want a better tip. If you do good 20-30% or even 100% +. And im not even talking about the kitchen errors.
