@clanker_world team-kindly look into this.
how can base batches teams avoid this? - asking for advise- @0xDeployer@jessepollak
@aravind If oil is at $100 per barrel and rupee depreciates from 50 to 100 per dollar, are Indians not basically paying 2 times vs a country like China whose currency didn’t depreciate so much? Where’s the fear mongering in this — it’s just what data is saying.
You are proposing 1.4 billion people accept pain of high inflation as a psychological barrier. Rupee depreciation is not just the result of oil prices but mismanagement of FII policies which you drove out of markets. Now asking people to accept pain having failed in your duties is not psychological barrier but psychopathic.
@DivaJain2 Indians don’t produce oil in INR which is bought and paid for in USD. If rupee depreciates from 50 to 100 per USD then oil cost doubles on top of inflation due to war, so overall it costs 3x. It’s basic economics.
@CryptoTice_ adding to thesis or maybe a speculation-
+election year enforces war closure at any costs, can spiral down to lower oil price & inflation- but will it lead to lower interest rates?
+new fed chair's father in law is long time friend of President Trump-any guess on rates?
PMF+Revenue takes time, patience & pain to build. Trading fees from token keep the lights on while you focus on PMF. Its inverse of VC model. Now if as a founder, i build publicly that itself is the narrative for token growth which in turn brings more trading fee and bigger runway.
@AustinBarack agreed. good time to buy in great projects at floor vals. how about we launch a buffet style agent managed vault on @yieldrdotorg and get the community invested in such a portfolio?
@bankrbot@0xDeployer I don’t understand- if I want to sell t shirts, Shopify already exists with payment rails including USDC. Why create a separate endpoint?
@iTejasJagtap@grok@grok how much richer did Indian households became by holding gold since last 2 years? If gold is a hedge against inflation and currency devaluation isn’t it better for Indians to hold more of it ?
Jack Dorsey, co-founder of Twitter (now X) and Block, on why treating AI as a "copilot" is a losing strategy:
@jack argues that most companies are approaching AI in a way that will make it nearly impossible for them to survive.
"I think most of the industry is thinking about AI as like a co-pilot, as something that is augmented onto, rather than like how do you just rebuild our whole company with this as the core."
His concern is that bolting AI onto existing structures produces companies that look indistinguishable from each other, and from the AI labs themselves.
"If it doesn't make sense for your business to do that and you end up being or looking very similar or rhyming too closely with the frontier labs, then I think it's going to be very, very challenging to differentiate and survive."
This thinking has been driving his decisions since early 2024, when these tools "really came to bear."
That's when his team began building Goose, an agent coding harness, as part of a broader effort to rebuild around AI rather than layer it on top.
The core insight?
Speeding up old workflows with AI is a short-term gain every competitor will match. Real differentiation comes from rebuilding the company itself around intelligence.
seems like its more of a psychological factor than spot margin vs perps, is it not? if we have decided a setup with max loss acceptable and good R:R , then watching it tick. by tick is exactly what gets wrong decisions going irrespective of instrument type. now i used a custom agent to tell me where we are going wrong & avoid such traps.
Everyone from @chamath to @cz_binance are questioning the lack of privacy built into BTC. The thing cherished 10 yrs ago, is now a problem- - the narrative is changing & with new privacy adoption by L2s like @base the shift will be faster. BTC might be dethroned as king of crypto.
Bitcoin critics are in shambles because the digital currency has been one of the big winners of the geopolitical conflict.
While investors have been dumping other assets, bitcoin continues have a positive return.
