@TUIUK TOM2770: special b'day trip. On 2hr train to airport got email stating flight delayed until tomorrow. Since then no comms, contrary to press releases. TUI shop in Manchester unable to offer guidance. 2hrs on hold for helpline to be hung up on. When will our flight depart?

@jocdjofm @TUIUK @ThomasD40446 Hi Joanne, we're in the same position as you, with no communication after the delay notification email at 13:06. No reply from @TUIUK and we were on hold to the helpline for 2 hours before finally getting through only to be cut off! Any update on new flight time?
