@TheAA_UK Don’t use their car insurance, it’s disgraceful, you put a claim in, and nothing happens you contact them again and again and get nowhere. To rub salt in the wounds they then send you their first email asking how we dealt with your claim. haven’t dealt with it. No communication

@TheAA_UK absolutely disgraceful car insurance, put a claim in October, they told garage they wrote my car off, I’ve not had no contact from them at all. I have rang them every week since I put the claim in and they say I’ll get someone to ring you. Never happens, Disgraceful
