@easyJet when's your EasyJet Plus website coming back up? It's been out for days, and that's not acceptable customer service for someone who wants to spend money. Can't you just roll back to the last working version while you sort out whatever tech issue is delaying deployment?

@CurrysServices how do I speak to a human being to get a comparing properly investigated please. I am at my wits end with getting chat bots and people in contact centres who aren’t empowered to help and with a complaints department who don’t bother to speak to the customer
