@AvantiWestCoast....new trains, better menus and WiFi.......the absolute opposite with added awfulness of your untrained and rude staff...maybe use the virgin model as you are using their trains....
@itsKapoow I know how it works....My expectation is based on what was promised and virgin set a very good standard. As a minimum, meet that and go from there (not backwards) - every time I use the new operator I am consistently disappointed
@itsKapoow Disagree completely. The deal has been on the table well before they took over, they must have a plan to deliver what they said they would and haven’t
@AvantiWestCoast You have not delivered anything that you said you would as a new operator. WiFi is poor, menus haven’t got any better, your 1st class staff are much worse than virgins were is never prepared for your passengers
