@LancashireCC Your response isn' good enough. My original post (which was reported) was from the 1st February - the road has deteriorated since then. I have reported this road several times on the online system but reports are ignored and the condition of the road never improves.
I hit a pothole today, burst my tyre and nearly crashed my car. This is the B5426 between Rufford and Bispham. There are so many potholes that the road is unsafe. When are @LancashireCC going to resurface the road properly rather than doing terrible repairs that don't last?
@LancashireCC@DipBrig11 Hi there. The love clean streets app doesn't have a reference for a report (which isn't very clever). My report was submitted on 1/02/24 at 09:25. I also submitted two other reports for nearby potholes around the same time. Why do reports get closed out before a repair happens?
@LancashireCC@DipBrig11 The pothole I hit (which burst my tyre) is on the B5246 Rufford Road, opposite Westhead Gates L40 3SA. The whole of Rufford Road & Hall Lane at this postcode is in a terrible condition. I have reported this on the love streets app & there several other reports at this location.
As long as privatised water companies find it profitable to break the law, they will. The evidence is all around us.
Yet, government is still protecting shareholders, not the country. Who will end the scam?
"Water firms handing out big dividends as bills surge."
Water companies are arguing they need to put bills up to fix their infrastructure, it's a lie, they're just trying to screw you, the customer, again.
And @ofwat do what exactly?

@K_Fletcher_MP @unitedutilities Are you also seeking an urgent update on why @unitedutilities are set to pay their share holders bigger dividends than the profit that they made? This is a national disgrace and they need to be held to account.
All these overseas investors benefitting from the pollution of UK water ways @K_Fletcher_MP @ofwat Why weren't @unitedutilities investing in infrastructure instead of shelling out dividends???????
@KeirMemo @unitedutilities@Ofwat@UKLabour This'll give you a flavour of who's benefiting from @unitedutilities' big dividend payout.
Australian, American, Swiss, Norwegian, Canadian, Irish, more Australian etc, etc.
What are you going to do about this @K_Fletcher_MP & @OfwatChiefExec ? This is capalitalism at it's worst - People making money from polluting our environment. Who pays for the clean up when @unitedutilities go into liquidation? The tax payer?
So less than 24 hours after discovering @unitedutilities spent up to 70 days illegally dumping sewage into lake Windermere the company announces it is paying shareholders a dividend bigger than the company profits
And @Ofwat does what exactly?

"Water firms’ £1.4bn shareholder payouts branded ‘sickening’ amid sewage spills."
So over half of water companies are in some kind of financial trouble and yet they still find a way to pay out £1.4bn to shareholders.
Boy have we been had.
