Three B's of importance:biodiversity, bikes and bunnies. I get to express these B's in neat ways; biking to my job at Univ. Florida and two disapproving bunnies
In Nature Climate Change @NatureClimate, we show that Extreme Weather Events (EWEs) have strong but different effects on plant and insect phenology. https://t.co/QDLAb15mA4 https://t.co/rht23zb55e

Excited about this work led by @AFredston and @mwtingley https://t.co/QW2duHUQnJ that I think can help reshape how we think about species redistribution under global change
So excited about this work to build out global scale phenology data resources using both machine learning and semantic reasoning: PhenoVision: A framework for automating and delivering research-ready plant phenology data from field images https://t.co/Es3Fn7YdAi
Thanks @azpublicmedia this was such a fun piece to do with you!

Our lab is moving to the EEB department at the University of Arizona @UofAEEB this fall. We are excited about the move but also sad to say goodbye to so many great colleagues and friends here at LSU! We for sure will remember and appreciate this incredible journey here.
Cities have a heat problem which can have disastrous consequences for those trapped inside. A new study looks at moths, taking into account their complex life cycle, and how they fare in human-developed environments.
