It can take many leaders years to grow into the statesman you became in just two years.
European and Ukrainian security is stronger because of you.
Thank you, dear Keir.
@EpsonUK I have an Epson XP 4150 printer that won’t connect to my 5G wifi network. It keeps telling me invalid password but can you let me know if there is another issue here (eg wifi compatibility?)
Sleeping on the streets is not a lifestyle choice. We don’t have nearly enough affordable homes & rents are soaring, leaving people destitute and forced to sleep rough. [🧵1/4] https://t.co/cU6WG3kpMb
Horrified by this news. Watching progress unravel in every aspect of society and daily life under this hateful Government is just utterly awful. And for what?
Irony of this bullshit cartoon is that we as LGBTQ+ kids grew up having nothing but heterosexuality shoved down our throats in sex ed classes in school, with teachers fired if they even acknowledged our existence.
We're finally being mentioned & included, that's all.
I decided to do a short thread, with references, explaining why artificial grass is terrible... 🧵
1. It may contain cancer-causing chemicals. ⚠️ https://t.co/EmLfC9vmAh
@bryanblears@WritesBright I’ve no plans to move to Manchester or Brighton currently. I’ve managed living in zone 6, budgeted £14 a day to travel to work and had to brush off plenty of Croydon jokes. It still isn’t cheap though, and relative to salary. A one bed flat here is still £1000+ pm
I was lucky to grow up on the furthest outskirts of Greater London, but this ⬇️ apparently £1500 a month is ‘reasonable’ to rent a room now. Affects LGBTQIA+ and minority groups greatly, for whom it can be so much harder to have your identity accepted/celebrated elsewhere
Fact is that it’s only possible to afford London now on an early career salary if your parents live in London or you’re wealthy.
If you’re not from London, or if you don’t have money, you’re shut out of our only major city. How’s that fair?
