Another update on disaster holiday Same holiday last year with @jet2tweets no problem , @TUIUK if you can't sort yourselves out and stop passing the buck put yourselves in receivership and do us all a favour

[rob rebbitt @robrebbitt]

Update on @TUIUK holiday , arrived Manchester 1.30 am Mon 13th dec, two and a half hours later still no luggage, Swissport their handlers had left the bags outside the belt loading area, no communication no one taking charge,2Jet 2 staff to the rescue to load the bags in 10 mins

[rob rebbitt @robrebbitt]

First and last holiday with @TUIUK total shambles , out 5th dec to Malaga delayed so missed evening meal in hotel, back on the 12th 2 hr delay ,€8 voucher which if you were quick you could spend before everywhere shut.(a lot didnt')

Where is the accountability with Manchester airport ,the baggage handlers and the airlines, You are all large companies making vast profits yet you treat your customers like dirt, and if the men at the top are incompetent and can't do their job how about a big shake up and get rid
