@Wickes But it's not. I have been notified of a partial refund, without the complete carriage charged. I have been told I have to wait for a third party supplier to refund the balance. I paid Wickes and my contract is with Wickes. Wickes should refund the whole amount.
@wickes do not buy from this company online. I ordered 2 vanity units with taps and plumbing bits. Had to cancel, as they couldn't honour Saturday delivery requested and paid for. Only refunded part of order, now got to wait for a third party supplier to credit me the rest.
Sharp practice from @OctopusEnergy wanted to increase my direct debit by nearly £50 per month. I'm already £379 in credit and, by their calculations, would be £575 in credit in 12 months' time. Also, it took 18 minutes to answer the phone.
@BritishGas what a shambles. Do not pay for Homecare from this lot. Several appointments cancelled by them and no hot water for two weeks. It takes more than 20 minutes to get to talk to anybody and online chat is not answered.
Do not use British Gas Homeserve. It took 3 weeks to get someone out, after several cancelled appointments. They think it is acceptable tò leave it another 2 weeks losing 5 litres of water an hour @BritishGas
