. @elonmusk we used the robotaxi yesterday, and forgot something in the trunk. We called support and couldn't reach a human to get it back immediately (Tesla doesn't seem to have 24/7 support agents) and the lost item form says Tesla will reach out and find the item. Seems convoluted since Tesla knows exactly what car i was in.

The timeline is also 10 days (10 days is forever! thats around the same timeline for a new frontier model to be out).

the item we forgot is frozen food so after a day, it'll be useless.
