Despite being one of the most influential, productive and impactful NIH supported projects over the past 5 years, the National Institute on Aging has inexplicably chosen to withdraw support for the Dog Aging Project. For now, I’m won't get into the details of the process or my personal feelings about it, as the important thing is to ensure the Dog Aging Project doesn’t end. If you believe that the Dog Aging Project has value and should continue, I have three requests of you:

I just wanted to send this farewell message to all Manchester United supporters.

I would like to express my unwavering gratitude and appreciation for the love from the last 12 years. We’ve achieved a lot since my dear Sir Alex Ferguson brought me to this club. I took incredible pride everytime I pulled on this shirt, to lead the team, to represent this institution, the biggest club in the world was an honour only bestows upon a few lucky footballers.

It’s been an unforgettable and successful period since I came here. I didn’t think from leaving Madrid as a young boy we would achieve what we did together.

Now, it’s the right time to undertake a new challenge, to push myself again in new surroundings.

I think about this when thinking about how to achieve self actualization. A large part of it is having crazy confidence/genuineness in yourself, what you say, how you think and why you think that, how you say it, how to react, move, etc. More to think about this still

Facing your fears really does wonders but it’s hard to do and not many do it, leaving them stagnated. Ask yourself, am I scared to confront this reality about something? Face it, own it and move on.
