"ATHA Energy controls 100% of the Angikuni Basin in Nunavut and holds a 6.8 million-acre uranium exploration portfolio, one of the largest land positions in Canada's uranium sector. The fully funded CAD $63 million 2026 exploration program includes 20,000 meters of drilling across three rigs between May and September 2026. At RIB North, a maiden 2025 drill hole returned 34.7 meters of composite mineralization with grades up to 8.16% U₃O₈ over 0.5 meters, well above the 1% U₃O₈ high-grade threshold commonly used in uranium exploration, with follow-up drilling scheduled for the 2026 program.

Troy Boisjoli, Chief Executive Officer of ATHA Energy, describes the discovery scale supporting the expanded 2026 program:

"In the RIB area, we drilled 13 holes contiguously over about 14 km, and every hole was mineralized. The best result was more than 34 meters of mineralization, including 13 meters grading over 0.5% U3O8 with intervals above 8%."

¹ Composite mineralization is calculated using a 0.01% U₃O₈ cutoff with a maximum internal dilution of 1.5 m.

PMET has received non-binding letters of support from leading government-backed and Canadian financial institutions for potential financing support at Shaakichiuwaanaan.

This includes Export Development Canada, Germany’s KfW IPEX-Bank and another major Canadian Government financial institution.

VW has also confirmed final internal approvals for its participation in PMET’s February 2026 equity raise for ~C$12M.

Following closing, VW is expected to hold ~9.553% of PMET, further supporting the Company’s financing objectives and strategic positioning.

The letters are an important step in advancing lender due diligence, technical review and broader financing discussions ahead of PMET’s updated Feasibility Study, targeted for Q4 2026.
