My experience of @easyJet losing my luggage during my 5 day trip (40 days on).
SILENCE
1) never responded to any correspondence (phone, email or portal) while my bag was lost. (I found my bag at the airport myself).
2) 40 days on from making a compensation claim: no response.

@easyJet Not even an apology in your above tweets. 5 days no communication whatsoever from you - despite emails, portal messages and phoning the above (it said leave a voicemail!). Found it after landing back at Manchester airport no thanks to @easyJet .
@easyJet lost my case on Monday travelling to Nice. 5 days in and not a single piece of communication back despite completing the necessary forms online. Absolute joke! Not a single care.
