To understand how Plymouth DA Tim Cruz operates, look no further than the case of Frances Choy. Choy spent 17 years in prison for killing her parents in a fire in Brockton after it took Cruz THREE TRIALS to secure a conviction!

The conviction was vacated in 2020 after extremely racist emails between prosecutors in the Plymouth DA office were released. Besides that, it took 3 trials to convict because it was obvious through evidence that someone else was responsible for setting the house on fire, and they knew that. The city of Brockton paid Choy $3.75m in 2024.

This case is just the tip of the iceberg for Cruz. His history as Plymouth DA is tainted with corruption and his “win at all costs” mentality has racked up more losses than victories.

Imagine if men lost the majority of their testosterone between the ages of 45 and 55.

Suddenly they'd be dealing with muscle loss, stubborn weight gain, hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, low libido, erectile dysfunction, crushing fatigue, depression, insomnia, and a higher risk of osteoporosis.

It would dominate headlines. Pharmaceutical companies would race to find solutions. Governments would fund awareness campaigns. Every workplace would be discussing accommodations.

Instead, millions of women experience a comparable hormonal upheaval during menopause and are often told to "just deal with it."

Many spend years struggling with symptoms that affect their health, careers, relationships, confidence, sleep, and quality of life, while receiving little education, limited support, and far too often, inadequate medical guidance.

I paid for a 7 passenger minivan to be picked up tomorrow for a family vacation we're supposed to go on this weekend, but have been informed by your Tyler, TX location that the minivan is not available and, in fact, there are no minivans available anywhere, apparently.

Super awesome, though, that y'all can refund me my money in 7 business days for a vacation I leave for in 3 days. Awesome.

Even if y'all were to refund it to me and get it to me today, it's an additional $200 to rent from your competitor, @Enterprise, because it's just such short notice - are y'all going to give me that extra $200 for that?

I don't understand how we pay for a reservation, but your location(s) aren't required to fulfill those reservations, especially when they had adequate time to make sure it would be fulfilled.

Your customer service is non-existent. There's no way to escalate this, or to even figure out who the regional or district managers are. The location numbers just go to dial tone, so I can't even contact them. This has been a disaster.

A very upset Husband & Dad who has to now figure out how to cancel the family trip we've been planning for months and hope everywhere else we've already paid for will understand enough to give us refunds so close to the time we're supposed to be there and then, the most frustrating part, having to break the hearts of everyone in his family who had been saving and planning for this for such a long time.

To everyone else out there: avoid your future troubles and don't use @hertz.
