Thanks Anne for everything you have done to improve patient care in NHS Lothian. Your legacy will be carried through by the hundreds of pharmacists you have trained, mentored and inspired over the last 35 years. Happy retirement!!
Please take a look!!! Every year there are hundreds of thousands of £ lost in medication waste in Lothian. Valuable resources that could improve so many patients lives. Many also end up in our landfills increasing the toxicity of our water and fields. 💊💚⚕️
Reducing medicines waste can have a significant positive impact on the environment. Read about our campaign to encourage patients to return used inhalers: https://t.co/eti06Hk11e
The Leadership Excellence Award. There are many great leaders in NHS Lothian, but only one can go home with the 🏆trophy...

Congratulations! #CSA24
Absolutely this!
The idea that pharmacists are here to save GP's time has undermined our profession.
Therefore, as pharmacists we should be championing our pharmacy technicians as a regulated profession who are key to improving patient care.

Can we please recognise that pharmacy technicians are vital in the provision of pharmaceutical care to patients as a standalone regulated profession rather than to 'rescue pharmacists' (which of course they always have done & will continue to do)! #pharmacytechnician
PJ view: Pharmacy technicians are best placed to take on more responsibility to alleviate workforce pressures across all pharmacy sectors
