Great to see this old Route Master bus turn up on the 33 route. I used to catch one of these from Hammersmith (the number 9 bus) on the way to school back in the 1980s. The no. 9 didnβt have doors on the back ( like this one) and you could jump on and off while it was moving. A different era!
@elonmusk@robmaurer Thereβs an increasing chance the βStarlinkβ will become a verb like βGoogleβ became a verb. I.e. βIβll just Starlink that!β π
@ThrillaRilla369 Million Dollar Home Page. I was always amazed that anyone would buy a pixel for a dollar. But this guy sold pixels like hot cakes! π
It is remarkable. Although I somewhat disagree that nothing has changed. For decades memory has been a classic boom and bust commodity industry. People have been expecting the supply to arrive but recently, Id suggest, people are starting to realise that the supply wonβt arrive quite so quickly. In addition, HBM is no longer the commodity product it once was. Remember that Samsung struggled to get HBM3 qualified by Nvidia. (Samsung are back on track with HBM4). So, if you want to enter this market, you need both large amounts of capital and deep technical know how. Supply will arrive but not as quickly as previously assumed. Note: these are just my thoughts and NOT investment advice.
I've been playing around on Hugging Face today and animated my first image. I'm currently writing an article on Infineon and had this robot image close at hand. The animation is remarkable. Super cool!
