@sonos I was having a ton of issues trying to re-pair my Play 3's after they disappeared from the upgraded Sonos app. After reading all these posts, I can see why. I've reset these speakers to factory settings 5-10, see them paired, but can't play, then they disappear! Not happy
@Bob_Wachter@DrEricDing et al...What is the prevailing sentiment on continuing to get add'l booster shots every 6 months after the primary, first and second booster?

@Bob_Wachter@Bob_Wachter To some extent it's the amount of testing. Would be great to normalize too around % vax. Curious about the hospitalization & death rates. Is Omicron out there more, but impact is fading into the background?
@DrEricDing@CDCgov@CDCDirector The "guidance" is very NOT clear. If you tested PCR + with symptoms, 3 days later your symptoms go away, are you free to go out in 2 days? In another 5 days? What if you get another PCR OR antigen test +3 days and it's negative...free to go immediately?
@SahilBloom@SahilBloom This sounds a lot like a robust version of a Social Security account. Imagine if the SSA were a managed account tied to a diversified investment portfolio vs a passive account as it is today. The trick would be to have a neutral managing company.
@DrEricDing@DrEricDing I completely agree. Misalignment of financial incentives is a fundamental issue with our healthcare system. This is an opportunity to use this lever for immediate and direct positive change.
