देश के सभी राज्यों में आरटीई लागू होने के पूर्व राज्यों द्वारा निर्धारित अर्हता रखने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को ही शिक्षक पद पर नियुक्त किया गया है जोकि 25-30 वर्षों से शिक्षण का���्य कर रहे हैं ।
परन्तु आरटीई लागू होने के बाद शिक्षक पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु निर्धारित अर्हता उसके पूर्व में नियुक्त शिक्षकों पर थोपना सरासर अन्याय है ।हम भारत सरकार से अनुरोध करते हैं कि संसद द्वारा कानून पारित कराकर इस अन्याय पर रोक लगाकर देश के लाखों शिक्षकों और उनके परिजनों को न्याय दिलाया जाये ।

Another shocking case from West Bengal:

Marjina Bibi, an illegal Bangladeshi infiltrator living in the state, used the name of her uncle Nurul Ghazi as her father to obtain voter ID and Aadhaar.
She accessed government benefits for years and has openly admitted that she voted for TMC.

This is not an isolated incident.
This is part of a larger infiltration network that manipulates documents, enters voter rolls, and influences elections.

If we do not identify and deport such illegal infiltrators now, they will continue to pose a serious national security threat.
