Cars are made to wait 15–20 mins in the pickup lane, despite the 10-min limit. Staff assure you there’ll be no waiting charge via FASTag.

Extremely disappointed with @atlys

1. Didn't receive proper documents or photos on time.
2. 4/5 Visas got rejected due to their sloppy itinerary and dummy ticket.
3. No response from support for refund on escalation

Atlys ruined my family trip.

I have a flight (Etihad) from Rome to Abu Dhabi and another flight (Indigo) from Abu Dhabi to Bangalore.

Terminals are connected but do I need to exit the airport for transit?

I'm trying to get the transit Visa but they're not replying properly.

MMT / GoFirst?

MMT blame it on @GoFirstairways who filed bankruptcy and not refunding the money back. They even said I might not get any refund back.

Still haven't responded to any of the emails or processed refund.

How can the customer care be so ignorant!

Why waste money? Just keep bots then.
The money you save from that can be used for my refund.

Only solution left is consumer complaint!
