सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने PACL कंपनी की समस्त परिसंपत्तियों को नीलाम कर के निवेशकों को भुगतान करने का आदेश 2 फरवरी 2016 को दे दिया तो फिर, क्यों लोढ़ा कमेटी निवेशकों को पैसा नहीं दे रही है? निश्चित ही नियत में खोट दिखाई देता ���ै.
