Anyone else experiencing a spike in npm 429 errors? happening on github ci

Has anyone encountered `npm error 429 Too Many Requests - Could not publish, as user undefined: rate limited exceeded` when publish npm package in github action?

I tried three times, but error occurred when the tenth package publishing.

And I published by `pnpm -r publish`
