@ao Already called @ao customer svc both times (the first time was assured the next crew sent would comply with PPE safety guidelines, only to have the drivers again refuse to wear masks). Such unprofessionalism - no wonder covid numbers are going up again! #COVIDIOTS
@mate_bike@JessSpindler good luck - I have been waiting 8 months for @mate_bike to send me a charger as my bike came with a faulty one. And they still can't promise a delivery date. It is the worst supply chain management / customer service I have ever experienced.
@matebikeuk@thetimes I've copied you in to a(nother) note to Mate, but we've been waiting 6 months for faulty parts to be replaced. Mate HQ doesn't seem to care - policy has been to make customers fend for themselves direct with their Asian suppliers, who won't send the parts unless we buy a new bike
