Off the beaten path and off topic but man being really constipated is so painful! There's nothing anyone can do to help either. Now my hospital lunch is just staring at me. But I'm on a very high dose of pain meds so I guess that's what I get!

After a good 3-4 days of sleeping well, eating well just feeling well in general I now feel like crap again. Can't sleep being the worst. Poor Rene, gonna be a long night for him too. Gonna try not to stay up too late though.
