Firstly I've received a defected piece for which I placed a return but not a single person called to check and just automatically denied it.
Then I went to the app support who then asked me write an email.

After writing the email it said a ticket was generated and I'd get a response in 24hours. After not getting a response I sent a follow up and now get a auto response saying the case has been closed. How?! I haven't received any information or call!!
