@StateFarm My 2023 Chrysler 300 struck by lightning & repaired for months. I picked it up for the third time last week. Today, cruise cont failed again @ hwy speed, warning messages filled the dash, & the screen rebooted. Second highway incident since repairs. Car not safe!
My 2023 Chrysler 300 was struck by lightning & in repairs for 3 months. Got it back, then the cruise control stuck @ highway speed & had to shift into neutral to stop safely. Now itโs back at the dealership. No loaner. No transportation. No responses from @StateFarm or @Chrysler

@OnOnRU@ATT Instead... Look into filing an informal complaint with the FCC. That what I've done and I've been speaking with the office of the president of at&t. But as soon as my devices are paid off I'm planning to be DONE with at&t. Home and cell and whatever else. Done!
@OnOnRU@ATT Don't bother sending any DM. It will not do any good. You'll just get a copy and paste script reply. And you'll waste your time messaging with this social media team because they'll just end up telling you to call the toll free number for customer service.
@ATTHelp Your cellphone service is not working in the DFW area. No voice calls. Texting and data are good. And your outage map is not showing the issue.
@TheBigKB61@ATT Don't bother trying to get this resolved with AT&T. That's just a waste of your time. Instead you need to file a complaint with the FCC. That's what I did. And while I'm still going back and forth with AT&T at least the FCC is involved. Which AT&T does not like.
@StateFarm@speed_visions That sucks! But I think I have you beat. Almost 90 days without my car, since November 24th. Car struck by lightning while I was driving. Countless modules replaced so far. You'd think a direct lightening strike on a car would=total loss ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
@ATT Thank you for completely ignoring my emails I sent to the office of the president, consumer escalations, & including to Mr Stankey abt the issue with my Fiber Internet Line. But since I've been ignored I've now filed 2 official complaints with the FCC & Texas PUC.

@OnStar Brand new 2025 Equinox and the OnStar has already malfunctioned. Really? Now I have to take it to the dealership to be fixed. You guys are just as worse as the Mopar side with UConnect. I will not renew any of my GM vehicles with OnStar. Pitiful.
@Mezzilicious@OnStar At times it took a few minutes to get a reply. But he just didn't seem to be all that knowledgeable on how to address the issue. I solved the issue on one of my vehicles and he had to escalate my other brand new vehicle to get answers. Just disappointed.
