@AmazonHelp Amazon Prime direct item. I ordered a smartwatch, you sent bars of soap. Sent soap back using QR code on 27 April. Phoned 11 May, was told to contact again on 13 May if refund did not arrive. No refund. Phoned today, was told “systems down” and to call back later.
