@5060fit I’m 61 and I don’t really take any supplements or any medicine. I eat well and exercise routinely. I have fish oil and beef offal capsules in my fridge but haven’t touched them in months. There is also a jar of magnesium but haven’t used that either. I take zero medication
@StevenLind78746@SamSamSidyBJJ@nonregemesse Indeed. But just barely. If he had held on for one more second he probably would have gotten knocked out in the second. Butterbean is underrated
@moveorperish@realpeteyb123 You are right. I tried full shrimp with both hands holding the leg like in your photo. They are very solid. I still love the movement of the pistol but acknowledge the shrimp is also a champion.
@OregonFooty@Hybridathlete Inverted rows are a hugely underestimated back exercise. If I had to pick one, I prefer the pull up for for ego, soul and practical (escape, calisthenics progressions). But rows work big back muscles and are generally much easier to do perfectly.
@moveorperish@realpeteyb123 Is a rope pull like a pull up on a rope? Or are you climbing with weights? Pistol squat is in my opinion a superior exercise to shrimp squats in all regards.
