I've paid toll rs 65/-, with the bill for a Rapido ride, the driver took me from non-toll route,& charged 214/-extra.help option in app helps with nothing. just telling connecting to agent & expecting me 2 wait for infinity.

Very frustrating experience with Swiggy . I was in a hurry so I opted Express delivery option with rupees 29/- extra. They delivered in a by-cycle in more than 1 hour from a restaurant 4 kms away. nothing against the delivery boy. He has done his best. @SwiggyCares
