I have fought this battle numerous times in the workplace already and can absolutely confirm this is true.

As I have said before there is nuanced with tool and AI development. In my experience however the powers that be are rushing head-first into replacement.

@khreathor hey did you make obj2map? I was wondering if you'd be able to help me out. trying to make a cave system using Maya and exporting as obj... when I load it in, the verts are all misplaced. I'm making sure all the verts in Maya are on grid too
