@TalkTalk you promised me compensation after we had no broadband over Christmas. I had to chase it last week and you said it would be paid in 2-3 working days but a week later there is no sign of it. Do you treat all your customers like this?
@TalkTalk 20 minutes into a chat with one of your agents and so far I have given full name, email address and been asked if I'm currently at home. That's it. Surely there must be a more efficient, less frustrating way of doing this?
@ivaschuck We've had exactly the same issue but Talktalk insist our home wiring is the problem. No Internet for over a week. Engineer coming tomorrow....
@gracemphe@TalkTalk Yes, been like it for 5 days but apparently its the wiring in mu house that's the problem despite many people seemingly having the same issue
@TalkTalk
Please remind your agents that I am a paying customer. I do not expect to be told ' As the time has passed for todays appointment, you can wait for the appointment on Jan 02' or 'I am sorry for the way you feel but you will have to wait' when I complained. Very rude.
@TalkTalk your agent offered me an Engineer appointment today then when I said yes disappeared for 45 minutes. When they came back they said it was too late today. You could not make it up. Your customer service is abysmal.
@TalkTalk one of your agents DM me to say there was a slot for an engineer to call between 12 and 3 today. This was at 13.35. I responded and said yes please but have heard nothing more and its already 14.12
@Jordan_B_666 Ours started playing up on Thursday. On a 'chat' with them for hours on Saturday they did tests but said the fault was with my home wiring. Seems a coincidence that there are many users with problems!
@BushidoToken I was told, after testing, that the problem is with my home wiring but it seems to be a 'coincidence ' that we had a gradual loss of service at the end of last week.
