Be very carefull when buying with Argos. was charged on my credit card when I ordered online then when I collected the item they would not give me the item ans said I had to pay for it as it was reserved. paid and left, got home, checked credit card and I had paid for it twice!
@EE how is it possible to charge for a service without providing said service? 24 hrs, no Internet connection, next engineer appointment 3 days time....terrible service EE!
@Wickes Nothing but liars and robbers who pray on the vulnerable. My Dad has been charged for a kitchen cupboard that was delivered damaged 7 days ago. After numerous calls and visits to store been told it would be delivered the next day 5 times! No cabinet been delivered to date
@Wickes Once again Wicks has proved itself to be a company that constantly lies. A kitchen cabinet I bought from you has been delivered damaged. After hour on phone I was advised that the damaged cabinet would be collected and a new one delivered on 16th May. Nothing received
@kpykpy@British_Airways@BritishAirwSUCK@BritishAir This happened to us on 27/12 leaving Gran Canaria.flight was delayed then cancelled after 6 hrs wait. BA customer service told us that the plane had already left. Why does BA not know where their planes are. Very scary.

@BritishAirwSUCK flight canceled 27.12.24. Pulled out of overnight hotel at 3am. Still waiting to leave Gran Canaria. No info from BA and not a rep in sight for 48hrs. Disgusting service once again from BA.
@British_Airways I have been stranded in LPA after BA2707 canceled to UK. Left in airport for 2 hrs no info all day, not a rep in sight. I have not been given any info on flight tomorrow or collection from hotel. Shocking customer service BA. Any info would be appreciated
@Wickes steel your money, do not shop online with Wickes. They also lie. No product received, and they've had my money since 1st June. Do not use this company.
@wickes DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I have been told my complaint is in a backlog of complaints, they are refusing to refund Β£225, a purchase I made 30 days ago which I never received. How can a company as big as this be allowed to steal from honest people.

@Wickes I paid Β£225 for a sink ordered online 1st June. No product delivered. Cancelled order 21st. Still no refund. This is theft! Never use this company, I should have listened to the reviews! Do not give them you're money.
