@boltapp Received very bad service from this company, not only was I over charged, I was also asked by the driver to withdraw cash to pay for my journey. Bolt are refusing to refund the over payment. This has been going on a weeks. Terrible service
Ordered trainers from @JDSports on 2nd January, due to be delivered by @Hermesparcels trainers not received, fake signature made be driver & between the 2 massive brands I am out of pocket with no trainers and no resolution. Obviously they are looking after customers well in 2020
@Se_Railway health and safety , why is there mini tree plants on the platform. Surely a person could slip whilst getting onto the train. This is not safe.
