@Uber just reinstated the driver who took the passenger to police station for having a telephonic conversation against CAA in his car.
I will not use Uber anymore.
@bookingcom All that sounds fair and logical when the cancellation is made at the sole discretion of the guest. However in this case, bookingcom listing misinformed or deliberately his their pet fee and that was the result of cancellation.
@bookingcom A pet fee of $250 is not just a missing information for a hotel listed as pet friendly. It is a blatant attempt to trick users into booking the hotel and then steal that money from them.
And I was told the cancellation. Would be the full amount of the booking. Which is $250. So I called up @bookingcom and seemed their help to cancel it without a cancellation fee. (5)
They said, it would be an additional $250. I was surprised that a pet friendly Inn would charge approximately two day rent for having a pet in the room. This was not mentioned anywhere in @bookingcom (3)
@Xoom your customer service says that you can indefinitely delay a fund transfer I requested and I have no way of knowing why it is delayed nor would I be transferred the money back.
@UberINSupport My friend just informed me that Uber called and assured that action shall be taken. He was also told that, Uber cannot disclose what action would be taken. How's this logical and how are we supposed to know that uber indeed took some action?
3. Him and his mom was asked to get off the car approx 150 m away from the pick up point on the highway because the driver apparently didn't want to go to Edavanakadu.
