Please don’t ever book with @TUIUK 26 hour delay. Coach to different airport and they rejected a claim we are eligible for 3x and the whole thing was a stressful unorganised shambles. Please avoid! #tui#tuiuk

@MartinSLewis FYI @Ryanair on the phone told me no refunds processing due to GDPR concerns as people work from home. So there is a long queue. Not even confident I’m in that queue. Not good enough either- sign NDA, give access, GDPR training? 🤷🏻♀️ what a joke of a process.
