The best and worst things about my sleeping pattern being in the bin are as follows:
1. I've been up since 6, squeezed in a run, felt atleast a fraction productive.
2. My mind runs wild on little sleep and I could easily nap for eternity.

I try and eat well during the week and then Saturday night comes and I'm like a hoover for every carb, crisp, biscuit etc, I thought staying in would save me money and stop me becoming a walrus but it appears, the amount of money I spend on an absolute feast proves otherwise 🙈

Not being funny but the fact my immune system seems to attract every possible Cold going is beyond a joke, my late 20s and first years of my 30s have had me living like a snotty nosed gremlin always under a blanket with a lemsip! So over feeling sorry for myself 🤧
