@NYStateofHealth @FidelisCare Issue has been resolved. I think their lower-tier customer service should be reviewed. A higher-up was able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. She was extremely helpful and called to follow up that the issue was resolved. However, it should not haven taken since January.
@NYStateofHealth @FidelisCare @FidelisCare has reached out today and I'll know if the issue is resolved in the next seven days. It's been an on-going issue since January to receive an approved refund. Thanks for checking in.
