@kellabyte I work in legal tech, where evidence is still largely transferred between parties as TIFF images. There was a registry backup that had been treated as a text file and was provided as 50,000 TIFF images of nonsense text. We were asked if we could OCR and recreate the original.

I just came across an #ediscovery document production where each individual letter / character of email text is rendered to its own TIFF image.

I know us vendors just make up our own production formats, but maybe we can all agree this isn't it?
