I bought my car from Cinch because I was reassured that their vehicles undergo thorough checks before sale.

I love the car, but Cinch’s aftercare has been incredibly disappointing.

I discovered that the footwell lights had been removed and contacted Cinch asking:

If a vehicle is sold on the reassurance that it has undergone thorough checks, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect components not to have been removed without this being identified or disclosed.

This also follows an earlier complaint which I felt was ignored.
